Need entire slide and hardware.

All the windows in my house need new slides. The length of the actual metal of slide is 23". The width of the channel metal is 1/2"

Hi there!

We don't have a stock balance that matches this configuration but we can still help via custom order. I'll just need more information to get this moving for you. Can you show us a photo of the stamp printed on the metal channel? Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to order?

Please note that if the windows are different in size then the stamps and lengths will differ as well.

A quick learner from North Carolina says:
I seen where you have the exact replacement on website in stock. It's the 700 series. Is there a phone number I could call to discuss the different stamps on the sides and lengths to know which ones to order?

Thanks

My apologies for looking at the wrong part number!

In regards to your question, on the S700-23 store page, you'll see a list of options next to the product image. The listed numbers are stamp options but the best match for your replacements will depend on what is printed on the metal channel. For example, let's say the metal channel is stamped with 2230 or 22-3, you'd want to select the 2230 stamp option. I hope this helps.
