Need help finding these parts for Casement windows

A home owner from Los Angeles says:
Arm measures at 9". The rail on the lower half of the window casement is 9 1/2"

Hello, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately we do not have an exact match for this operator. The closest we carry is the 39-268. It works a little differently than yours, though. It doesn't have the same guide, or track, that I see screwed to the face of your window sash. Rather, the 39-268 has a stationary bracket that screws to the face of the sash. When you crank it, the bracket slides along the arm of the 39-268 itself.
