To know the identity, we need clearer pictures of those nylon fittings or attachments on both ends. I suspect the bottom fitting or shoe may be damaged; if you could produce the other balance in the window, or from an identical window in the house, and use the fittings for the photos, that may be best. From there we'll do our best to narrow down your options.

Based on your old stamp of "22C," I'd suggest going with the 2230 option for the new balance. It should result in the same weight calibration but you can always weigh your sash on a scale to verify. Two balances with a 2230 stamp can hold 12 through 19 pounds, so as long as your sash falls in that range then you should be good to go!
