Need new coil spring for my Gorell window

A quick learner from Wheaton, il says:
We have Gorell windows. On one lower window, the coil spring on each side seems to have broken. (See photos). It has also slammed down hard a few times causing the right corner to separate. The right bottom corner feels loose. (See photo). I would like to purchase the replacement parts and make the repairs. 1. Could you tell what parts I need to purchase from you? 2. Do you have a video for replacing a Gorell coil spring. 3. Do you have any advice on repairing the separated corner? Thanks!

Hello, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 15-087 housing pivot that is compatible with the Series 180 coil spring along with the 16-024 mounting bracket.

The coil spring should have a number stamped into the metal that indicates the weighted option needed, but if not, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward.

Please review the installation diagram below.

Unfortunately we cannot assist with the separation of the framing. I apologize for the inconvenience. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
