Hello there. We don't have an exact match for this handle set, but since the mortise lock looks like our 82-218, I am guessing the handle set has a hole spacing, or distance between the center of each mounting hole, of 3-15/16". If so, our 82-030 will work as a replacement. Take a look and see what you think.
