Need new parts

Thanks for reaching out! Your coil balance cover appears to be part either part 15-204 or 15-205 which are compatible with the Series 165 Coil Balance spring. To determine the correct replacement spring, you'll need to check the metal coils for any stamps or markings. Once you've confirmed the stamp, you'll be able to select the spring strength needed from the list of coils.

Once you've had a chance to remove the parts from the window, I'll need to see a photo of the coil balance shoe. Given the way the coil balance springs are damaged, there is a good chance the compatible shoe will need to be replaced as well.

Thanks for the photos. The pivot shoe you have pictured here looks a lot like our 15-199. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need but take a look at the dimensions below and compare them to your existing shoe to confirm. This is compatible with the 15-204 dual coil support.

The coil you need for the one included in the photos is part S165-5. I cannot confirm that both of the coils you need will be the same so you'll need to confirm the stamp from your coil and chose the correct on from the list of Series 165 coils.

Your tilt latches look like they could be the 26-243 and the opposite handed version part 26-244. Carefully compare the measurements below to determine if these are the right fit for your window.
