Need new sliding door wheel

Hi, the attached photos and info are for a slinging door wheel that belongs to a "four seasons greenhouse" that I have attached to my house. The wheels do not work anymore and I need two new ones. Please let me know if you need any additional info.

Width at widest part - 19cm,3/4 in
Height - 38 cm, 1 1/2 in
Wheel diameter - 37 cm, 1 7/16 in
It has one wheel which is made of metal.
