Thanks for posting. This exact operator is no longer made, but you might be able to replace it with our 39-365 and 39-366, along with the 39-504 track and 39-114L handle. It would likely require some modification of the sill to get this to work. Take a look at these parts and see what you think. For the casement lock, compare with the newer 39-097 and 39-098. For these new locks, you'll need an updated keeper: the 39-079. Let me know if you have further questions.
