Need replacement coil balances and catches

A quick learner from Medford NJ 08055 says:
Hi, our double hung window in the kitchen is busted and won't stay up. img_175 is busted where the catch from img_180 seats, and img_177 appears the right side coil has come out of the plastic housing?? And both catches in img_179, 80 seem to be broken as well.

Any help in identifying the parts to replace would be super appreciated.

Thanks,

Paul

Thanks for writing in! Your pivot shoe appears to be an old shoe we did sell at one time but it has been discontinued and is no longer made. The good new is the 15-177 will work well as a suitable replacement. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to confirm that these are the right fit.

This pivot shoe is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. To figure out the spring strength you need for your sash, you'll check the old spring for a stamped number that you can match. If there are no stamps, or you are not able to cross-reference them, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the window and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.

I've also linked a few other pieces of compatible pieces of hardware.

Your pivot bar resembles the 26-446. Again, carefully look over the dimensions to confirm that these are the correct replacements.
