I have been unable to locate a replacement part for this roller at all the big box stores and specialty door stores don't have it either. The problem is shown in the second picture where the distance between the two screws is significantly larger than every replacement part sold nowadays. I neglected to take a picture of the wheels will turn sideways like the replacement parts do. If you have a part like this, I would love to buy it!

Hello,
Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact replacement for your part but the 81-056 roller is similar and comes with a 1" or 1-1/4" diameter wheel. Take a look at the dimensions below to see if this might work for your application. Thanks for posting.

Hello Casey,
Is it possible for you to measure the distance between the screw that is in place and the tabbed screw receptacle above it on the right side of your picture? I know I need the 1-1/4" wheel diameter but the distance between the screws is critical to me and the picture only shows the 1-1/8" height of the casing when I really need the distance between the screw and the tabbed receptacle. Thanks for the pics, I wish the manufacturers would include everything in those pictures.

Sure, the distance between the center of the screw and the hole in the top tab is 11/16". Just let us know if you have any other questions.

Is that 11/16" from the center of the large screw to the bottom of the hole in the tab or the center of the tab?

The measurement was taken from the center of the screw to the center of the hole in the tab.
