Need replacements for plastic "stoppers" at top of window

A quick learner from Oxford, MS says:
November 1, 2022

I just ordered some S390-29 (29" Series 390 Channel Balance). They are correct but I only just noticed that the plastic pieces at the top of the window ("Top Sash Guides"?) which catch the CBs are breaking or broken and must also be replaced.

Photos attached of one that is partially broken. Please help me identify the correct part to buy.
