Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell a replacement for the insert shown here, unfortunately. If the pile can be removed, we might be able to help with that depending on the dimensions. Can you write out the base width and pile height? That will help narrow down some options.

Ok the base width is 3/16 and pile is about an inch.

I'm afraid we don't sell pile with your exact specifications but the 58-001, 58-021, 58-022, and 58-127 have a 3/16" wide base. Take a look and see if you think you could adapt one to work. We also offer samples of up to 5 so let me know if that's something you're interested in. Note, you'd just have to pay for shipping.
