Hello there. This balance also seems to be an S395-29. For a stamp option, choose 2840. Let me know if you have further questions.

This is called a Top Sash Guide. There's many different kinds of these guides, and several different types that could work with the type of balances you have. The 18-009 has been associated with Viking windows in the past, so this might be what you need; but I highly recommend comparing the diagrams below to an undamaged guide to see if it matches what you have. Let me know if and how anything differs.
