Need to find old handle for sliding glass door

A quick learner says:
One of my listings has a broken handle on a very old sliding glass door.
Probably installed in the 60's or 70's?
Is there any way this handle can be replaced? If so, where can I buy one?
Please see the attached photos.

In the new attached photos, I've included photos with the measurements.
The length of the handle is approx. 6"
The width of the handle is approx. 5"
The length between the top screw and the bottom screw on the handle is around
3 1/2 ".
The length of the top screw and bottom screw inside the frame that it lock's into is 2".
Do you have a replacement?

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell your exact handle but our 82-262 has the same "lightswitch" actuator. I just can't tell if yours has the same locking hook. I recommend you compare the specifications of your handle with ours to see if they match up.
