Need to identify locking shoe / window manufacturer

A quick learner from Rye, NY, United States says:
I need replacement parts for tilt windows, especially locking shoe (see photo). We recently purchased a rental property and I can not find any identifying marks on the windows, and I do not have any paperwork on the windows.

Thanks - Chris

Hi there, Chris.

Our 15-135 comes to mind. We recommend you remove your old pivot shoe from the window track to confirm it aligns with our specifications below. We also have a video that will show you how to remove your hardware.
