Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-087 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 180 Coil Balances. For the pivot bar, see if either our 26-040 or 26-063 could work as a replacement. Review the dimensions below to see which best matches your old pivot bar. For a new mounting bracket, see the 16-024. Let me know if you have further questions on these items.
