You have two options with a 7-pound sash. One would be to use (1) S160-4 4-pound spring on each side of the window which totals 8 pounds of overall support. The other would be to use (1) S160-3 3-pound spring on each side which totals 6 pounds of overall support. Either should be fine for you so long as the coil weights are within a pound of the sash's actual weight. The decision is yours!
