Thanks for posting! We do not sell any push bar operators similar to the one you have pictured here, unfortunately. The only push bar we have that may be worth considering as a replacement is part 39-370 but it is still very different from your existing hardware. Therefore, there are no guarantees that it will work as a replacement.

I do apologize that we cannot provide you with a part in your exact specifications.
