Door handles on sliders

A quick learner from New York says:
....but have no idea of the parts I have currently, as there are no markings, names or branding. I'd like to replace what I have with the more modern handle above. Is that possible? Would you even be able to tell from these photos?

Hello,

Your handle set resembles the 82-087 depending on how the 3-15/16" hole spacing compares to your assembly. Also, note that the thumb latch is offset on the base as shown below. If you'd prefer a non-keyed set, we also offer the 82-089 but it is not available in the same metallic finishes. These handle sets are often used with the 82-229 mortise lock shown in your last photo. Take a look and thanks for posting!
