New sliding door handle

A handy person from Turlock, Ca says:

I need a new door handle. The screws that tighten it to the door stripped out on the bottom and now are really loose. There's a door frame number of SGD - C 30 - 96 x 82 The glass bug on the lower right hand corner said Mercer windows
