No sliding door track

A quick learner from Connecticut says:
We have a 20-year old house where the sliding door track cover pops out of place turns on its side. And as I told a Swisco agent on the phone, I don't think the track cover is actually covering a track.
The cover actually looks like something I see on your web cover page, but I can't find it on your accessories page. The agent called it an A-shape, but he says it's not in production anymore.

I've already popped this door off to try to get at this thing, but it keeps flopping around. How do I fix my door?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Hello, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately we can no longer supply your original track cover. However we do carry the 80-102 smaller track cover and the replacement track 80-106. If you look at the related video on installing track covers they show how to install both the tall track cover you now have and the shorter 80-102. It shows you in the video to install a short set screw like the 33-071 to keep the track cover in place.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.
