Thanks for posting! Your balances could be either the Series 380 with a 1" shoe or the Series 385 with the 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

Once you've identified the series, you'll be able to use the stamps to choose the option you'll need at checkout. For the 30" balances, you'll need the 2950 stamp for a window weighing 28 to 32lbs. In regard to the 37" balances with the 3635 stamp, you will need to weigh the window these balances are used in. I am, unfortunately, unable to cross-reference that stamp to determine the weight range your balances should be able to support. You'll be able to select your stamp from the chart below the product description below the balance you need. |
