Hi Larry,

It looks like you have either the S351-22 with a 1" shoe or the S390-22 with a 1-1/8" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

In regard to your stamp, I am unable to cross-reference it with those shown on our website. To determine the stamp needed for your balance, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash.

Once you have the sash weight, you'll be able to select the stamp you need from the list of stamps shown on the chart below the product description of that balance.

The shoe measures closer to 1-1/8", but not quite.

I had previously forgotten to mention the bottom sash weighs 37 pounds.

Based on these two things, I believe I should go with S390-22, 2170 or 2175. I'm thinking 2175 will help with lifting the sash easier, which has always been a little hard. Thoughts?

It is likely measuring a little less that 1-1/8 due to the wear and tear on the shoe. However the S390-22 should be the replacement balance you'll need.

In regard to the window weight, is the window exactly 37lbs or did you round up/down? If the window was around 36lbs but when considering the ounces, you've rounded up to 37lbs, then the 2170 stamp should be the one you need. However, if it is over 37lbs, I would suggest the 2175.

I hope this helps!
