Non tilt window balancer guides

A quick learner says:
Looking to identify this balancer. Has a 2960 BS1 stamp on it. It is 1/2" guide. Not sure the difference between the S350-S395 are?

Hello!

Your balance looks like more of a match for the S380-30 or S385-30. The difference is the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below. You'll have to measure yours to determine the best Series for your repair. As for what stamp option to select, I recommend 2960.
