I've looked all over Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, and Ace Hardware along with online companies and cannot find these . 2 screws, one for securing to screen door frame, the other is height adjustment.

Unfortunately, I don't believe your roller is still available. With that being said, take a look at the related rollers shown on this page, which are somewhat similar to your original part. They have the same adjustment screw and mounting screw at the back end of the housing. Review the specifications shown on our product pages to see if any of these screen door rollers have the same dimensions as your part. Thank you.
