Hey Rock. Our 82-020 or 82-033 Handle Sets are somewhat similar in shape and style; more importantly, they both have 3-15/16" hole spacing, which I believe is what your old handle set have; and they both work with your door's mortise lock (our 82-218). Take a look and see if you want to go with either of these choices.
