Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 82-033 handle set that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center along with the 82-218 mortise lock. We do not have an exact match for your locking plate. The best we can provide is a style like the 89-017, but not sure it will work.
