Old door handle

Hi. This handle doesn't work any longer and we need a replacement. It looks like your part 40-401 but picture doesn't show if it comes with lockset screws on both sides. Please advise and thank you. Ginny

Thanks for reaching out! This handle set does come with one set screw, as your handle appears to have. Be sure to carefully review the dimensions to confirm that this will be a fit. You'll especially want to confirm the spindle size.
