Old hinges

Cabinet door hing w stamp 7128 and pat. 3391420 AND a 2. Three separate stamps in different areas. 2 holes mount hing to cabinet face and 3 holes mount hing to door. Spring helps keep door closed.

Thanks for posting! Your cabinet hinge reminds me of our 32-127 Self-Close, 3/8" Inset Hinge Set. Look over the dimensions and carefully compare them to your existing cabinet hinge. See if these are the right fit.
