Hello there! Thank you for reaching out to us. This is a very old operator. We don't have an exact match but you could consider the 39-353 and 39-354. It doesn't have the same arm length as yours, but it may still work for your window. Have a look and compare the dimensions and mounting hole locations with your old operator to see what you think.
