Option choice

A home owner from Florida says:

I have determined that I need a series 390-19, but I am unsure as to the stamp option. The ones I am replacing don't contain any number that I can find. The window is a standard double pane, aluminum, measuring approximately 21" X 25". What option would you suggest?

Unless the number is printed on the balance, you will need to remove the window sash and weigh it to choose one of the options from the chart in the S390-19 product description.
