Overhaul parts for double hung vinyl windows

A handy person from Northern Virginia (home is in Maine) says:
Hello. I have a few of these windows that are in need of replacement parts, but are otherwise in great shape. Needing some: tilt latches, pivot lock shoes, pivot bars, and possible other parts. Can you determine the replacement parts for these specific windows based on the pictures and model number information from the sticker? I have 11 total windows (biggest are about 36" wide) and at least 3 of them have broken pieces that cause the upper half to slam down if the keeper isn't latched. I'm sure others are partially broken or hanging on by a thread. Depending on the price, I would love to get parts to overhaul all 11 windows, and keep any functional components that come off as spares.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 26-393 or 26-393A tilt latch pair. You will need to remove a latch to compare. The dimensions are similar, but the overall style on the sides of the latch differs.

To move forward, we will need to see the pivot shoe removed from the window with written out dimensions of the width and thickness.

We will also need to see the pivot bar removed to view the overall style. Thank you!
