Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say that we do not carry a screen door track like the one you have pictured here. The only one we carry in our inventory is the 80-111 6" Bottom Sliding Door Track. I do believe that this could potentially work for your repairs since the "post" on your track is centered. 

Take a look over the dimensions and design. Carefully compare this track to yours to see if this could potentially work for your door.
