Hey Peter. It looks like the top attachment has 'wings', or side tabs, while the bottom fitting does not. Is that correct? If so, then I believe this is actually an S395-30. You are correct that, based on your old stamp, you'd select 2950 as the stamp option. And finally, yes, you can order as many of these balances as you need.
