A quick learner from Florida and New Jersey says:
Good morning. I need to identify the following PGT window channel balances that were installed in my house in Florida 22 years ago. I'm having trouble identifying this balance. My windows are non-tilt. Hopefully you can help me identify it with the five pictures attached. Thank you very much. Nan.

Hey Nan. Based on the attachments, I believe this is an S395-30 Channel Balance. For a stamp option, go with 2930. Let me know if you have further questions.
