Part

A quick learner from Baltimore says:
The broken piece was already taken out of window. I purchased what I thought was a replacement but it doesn't fit.The curved part at end that clicks into metal crossbar is too thick and not as curved.

Hello,

It looks like you may need the 15-236 T-lock shoe with the same groove in the stem. I would recommend comparing an undamaged shoe to the specifications below. Thanks for posting!

A quick learner from Baltimore says:
Will the metal spring that can be viewed in rear view work same as the plastic one in original? The measurements are same. The blue piece is from my broken original but fits in like the one next to it.

Thanks for getting back to us. We have seen similar t-lock shoes with the same blue brake in the past, which we recommend the 15-229 to replace it. You will notice that this shoe does not have the same groove in the stem as your part, so it would require replacing the entire balance assembly with our S795 and following the video below to replace the 15-195 that come with our stock balances with the 15-229

You would need to determine if your original balances use the same 19-043 screw tab at the end of the pulley cord as our stock balances or if it uses a hook like the 15-198. If they use a hook, we can still help but it would need to be a custom order so that we can attach the hook for you. If that is the case, we'd need to know the length and stamp code of your metal balance channel, as well as confirm the number of balances that you want to replace with the minimum being two. Thank you.
