Thanks for posting. This part is called a pivot shoe. Yours is likely either the 15-178 or 15-188. Pivot shoes are identified by their general design, as well as their width and thickness. These two pivot shoes have the same width, but the 15-178 is 17/32" thick, while the 15-188 is 1/2" thick. You'll need to remove your old shoe and compare to see which matches what you have.
