Part Replacement

A quick learner says:
Hello - we are looking to replace the crank and the operator for our casement window. The crank often falls off since it is a clip-on (no mechanical securing). Unfortunately no manufacturer or model information is visible on the window or latch so we are having difficulty figuring out a compatible product for replacement.

Lauren from SWISCO responded:

Hello, thank you for posting,

Your operator resembles an older version of the 39-091 and 39-092 ROTO operators. Please review the overall style and dimensions to confirm a good fit. Please note that the arm that connects the operator to the window sash will need to be reused as this part is discontinued and obsolete.

For a compatible handle, review the 39-224 or 39-230 depending on style preference. Take a look and let us know if you have any additional questions!
