Thanks for posting. It looks like you need new channel balances. It appears the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings at either end, is 22" long. Is that correct? If so, you likely need either our S351-22 or S390-22. The chief difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best--see the diagram below for reference.

You'll then have to choose a stamp option, which designates the strength of the balance. There should be a stamp on your old balance that indicates what option to choose. If there is none or you are uncertain, obtain the exact weight of the window sash the balances support. You can then match that precise weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option under the product description of the S351-22 or S390-22 product page.

Thanks, we need to take the window with the channel balances out to measure again, but I appreciate the quick response and will send additional info soon.
A home owner from Seattle says:
Ok, we need two s-390 . The stamp on the existing is 21 A.
Is that adequate to order?

Great! That would be our S390-22 with a 2110 stamp option. All orders can be placed directly on our site at your convenience.

Appreciate the great customer service, will order now.
