hello I have 2730 channel balance but don't know series # . Attached here are pictures of the channel balance. It had been broken the plastic when I removed it, however I have a picture before broken please review and let me know what is the series so I can order the right one. Any questions please let me know. Thank you very much for your help

Thanks for posting. This looks like a channel balance for a non-tilt window. I'm confident we can help, but that stamp is not an identifier; it just tells us the balance's strength. To identify it, we will need you to remove an undamaged balance, either the other from this window or from an identical window in the house, and show us clear photos of the nylon attachments at both ends. The combination of attachments determines the balance you have. Thank you! These photos are a huge help. Based on what I see here, I believe you have our S395-28. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go!
