Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see your lock fully removed from the window. We would also need you to open the window and show us the operator arms that attach to the window sash to determine which of our handles would be compatible with your assembly. Thank you!

A home owner from Durham, NC says:
I've attached pics of the arms with the window open and the handles I think I need from a brand new window I have.

Let me know if you have the parts.

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-391 and 39-392 Pella operators to yours. If they are a match, see the 39-403 and 39-404 handle and cover kits that are compatible with these operators.

We would still need to see the lock fully removed from the window to determine how it attaches to the internal linkage. Thank you.

A home owner from Durham, NC says:
Do you have a cover kit for the lock latch on the side of the window?

Casey from SWISCO responded:

In most cases, the handle and cover are not sold separately for these types of locks, which is why we would need to see the entire lock assembly uninstalled.

A home owner from Durham, NC says:
I've attached the label that came with the windows.
Can you match the kit based off of this information

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Unfortunately, the label does not indicate the hardware that your window uses. Seeing the entire lock assembly uninstalled would be the only way that we could make a recommendation.
