Hello!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I recommend you have a look at the 26-402 and 15-216. These look like the parts needed for your repair but take a look at the dimensions and see if you agree.

These parts are used with a few different channel balance configurations so I will need more information in order to ID what you may have. Can you show us photos of an undamaged balance removed from the window? We'd also like to see any attachments that go with it.

If your balance installs with a screw then you can use the S795-36 with the 36D option. You will just have to swap out the default shoe with the 15-224 (sold separately). I'll post a video below that will show you how to pop these parts on and off. 

Please note, this will have to be a custom order if your balance uses a hook to install at the top of the window track instead of a screw.
