Parts needed

A quick learner from Harlem, Georgia says:

Need spiral balances and shoes for 20 sashes.

Note in the pictures that the balances have a white plastic covering. This is not removable and is apparently part of the balance itself.

Each sash weighs 19.4 pounds.

Each sash is 29 1/4 wide and 35 inches long.

Please see attached pictures for other pertinent information about these two parts.

Will send five more pictures in a foll-up e.

Thanks!!!!

Bill

Hello,

It's tough to be sure but it looks like the diameter of your balance tube measures 3/8". If so, you would need the S900-35 spiral balances. You can use either white or green color options, which will both support a 19-pound sash as shown below.

White: 7 to 22 lbs

Green: 14 to 26 lbs

As for your pivot shoes, see the 15-178 or 15-188 depending on the depth of your original shoe compared to the diagrams below. Thank you!

I will also be needing bubble weather stripping for the bottom of these 20 sashes. Please see the attached photos to help identify what I need. If you need additional pictures to identify this part, please let me know. I plan on submitting an order within the next couple of weeks.
Thanks,
Bill

You are welcome to look through our selection of bubble seals here. We would need to see an end profile photo of your seal removed from the sash to narrow down your options further.

Please see attached pictures to aid you in determining the weather stripping I will need . If you need anything else in making this determination, please let me know.
Thanks

Thanks for getting back to us. Our closest replacement options for your weatherstripping would be the 58-171 and 58-182 bubble seals. The determining factor would be how the dimensions below compare to yours. Take a look to determine if one of these seals might work for your repair.
