Need help replacing patio door lock and handle

A home owner from San Antonio, Texas says:

I am looking for a replacement lock and handle. I have and estimated sizing of 3 3/4 from hole to hole. I have found a replacement lock but it doesn't fit in the opening.

You have kind of a weird setup. Looks like someone used an old acorn handle set to replace a handle set meant to work with a mortise lock. In other words, the handle you have now is not the right replacement for the door. Based on your hole spacing, I would consider our 82-069 handle set and 82-218 mortise lock.
