Patio glass door

A quick learner from Montreal Quebec, Canada says:
Hi, looking for this roller assembly, pictures are live so if you take the measurements they will be of the exact size . I would kindly appreciate you take the measurements so it will be more precise . This roller assembly just slides into a slot under the door , no need to screw it anywhere . There is just one screw as you see & that's for adjusting the door height. Unfortunately there is no name or number on the piece . Hope you can help me out . Waiting for your info.

Thanks
Mike

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but I don't recognize your roller assembly at first glance. If you could write out the exact housing height, width, and wheel diameter, that could help us confirm if a suitable replacement for your roller is available. Thank you.

A quick learner from Montreal Quebec, Canada says:
Hi again

? wheel 1 1/4 inch diameter. 5/16 width

? height (length) 2 1/8 inch 1 5/16 width

Added a couple of pictures if they help .

Your roller looks similar to the 81-270, except that it has a 1-1/2" diameter wheel and the adjustment screw is at the bottom. You could also take a look at the 81-023 roller. This might work on your door but you would need to do some retrofitting. See the installation method in the diagram below.

If your roller housing is in good shape, another option would be to replace the wheel with the 81-266 roller and axle kit. Take a look at all the suggestions we mentioned, along with the related videos, and see what you think.

Thanks Dave
What do you think of the 81-057 and 81-046
Will the wheel diameter make a big difference on the track from 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 . After this I'll have to make a decision . The kit is a very good idea but I just want the job to be as easy as possible without altering too many things .
You ship to Montreal Quebec Canada right ??

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Your roller appears to have a flange similar to the 81-270, which secures the roller into the bottom door stile. The 81-046 and 81-057 that you mentioned are kept in place with the locking tabs on the lower back of the roller housing. For these reasons, we suggest keeping your existing housing and just replacing the wheel if possible or trying to adapt the 81-023 to fit your door.

We also ship worldwide. Once you put in your postal code at checkout, you'll be given multiple shipping options to choose from.
