Two Patriot windows have broken sash and cannot fully open. Originally installed in 2004 by home builder Pulte.

Hello! I'm not able to identify your balance from this photo alone. I would need to see an undamaged assembly removed from the window along with any attachments. Let me know if that's something you can get for us.

The numbers and letters on balance should have been 36B,PA BSI.

These photos and information are a huge help, thank you! Based on what you've provided, I recommend our S795-36 with the 36B stamp option. You will also need to purchase the 15-195B separately and swap it with the default shoe the S795 comes with.
Just note that our balance uses a screw to install. Please let me know if yours uses a hook! We can still help but this would just need to be a custom order.
