Hello,

We'd be happy to help but, unfortunately, your balance is too damaged to identify. We would need to see an intact balance removed from one of your windows, as well as confirm the exact weight of your window sash, to determine if we can supply a suitable replacement. Thank you!

Please find attached pictures of a working balance as requested.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your balance resembles the S745-20 Peachtree balance but keep in mind that the metal channel measures 20-1/4" long. There is a good chance that this would not work for you if your channel only measures 20" long.

As for your 4248 stamp code, that would correlate to the 19.24.6 strength option for the S745-20 but the spring will be calibrated to support a sash between 22-26 Ibs. I would recommend double-checking the weight of your window to confirm that it falls within that range. If you decide to give these balances a try, please note that there will be a 2-3 week lead time since we do not have the 19.24.6 strength option currently in stock.
