Pella Link Arm

Good Afternoon! We are looking for a way to open our window further, and using this Pella operator, we can only open the window a few inches. I have been discussing with Customer service what options are available for a longer link arm. Please let me know if there are any alternate options for a longer arm. Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately, the 39-392 is not available with a longer link arm. With that being said, the window only opening a certain amount may be due to the weight of the sash relative to the hinge and operator. If that is the case, opening the sash wider than it is intended could cause safety issues

There could also be a stop screw that limits how far the hinge will open. If you could show us a few pictures of the hinge assembly in relation to how far the window opens, that could help us make a more confident recommendation. Thank you.
