To confirm that we have a suitable replacement balance for your existing balances, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window. I may also need to know the exact weight of the sash, however, before we do that, I'd like to see the undamaged balance so that we can confirm that there is a replacement we can provide.
