I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring. In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings. Lastly, you also mentioned a window lock, but the same principle applies here. I will need a clear picture of it, ideally removed from the window, before I can make a suggestion. |

Thank you. We can supply this balance, but it doesn't appear to be a stock configuration so it will need to be custom made. What we would do is take our standard S770-34 tilt window channel balance, but swap out the bottom square clip for our 62-105 hook. That way it will interface with your pivot shoe the same way. Does that look good for you? A 33C stamp indicates that these balances can hold a sash weighing 20 through 25 pounds. You may want to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm that this is accurate. If you wanted to go through with this custom order, let me know how many you wanted to buy and I will email you a purchase link and price quote that will let you add that quantity to your cart. Regarding the plastic piece, these are called tilt latches. yours looks like our 26-244. I'll share dimensions below that you can use to verify. We also sell the 26-243 for the opposite side.
